Hon. Samuel Chepkonga is an Executive Committee of FOPA ASSOCIATION KENYA. He served in the 11th Parliament representing Ainabkoi Constituency. He was the chairman of Departmental Committee on Justice And Legal Affairs and a member of Liaison Committee.
